Refund Policy

Packages are due in full at the end of the initial session. Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Missed or canceled sessions that are no due to emergency or medical reasons will be credited to the unused package sessions. In the event of a refund is disturbed the full price of the service will be used to calculate what is owed and not the discounted package price. Any unused sessions will have an additional cancellation fee of $25 dollars will be applied to the package credits for no shows and last minute cancellations.

Sessions have a cancelled appointment $25 dollar cancellation fee. No call/no show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service fee associated with the session.
